Data Analyst - customer trends (New Orleans, LA)

Silverline Cross Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on field inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
