Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Fernwood Vale Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
