Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Cross Care Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 119 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in caregiver training and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on family communication. • Python or R for analysis.
