Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Highbridge Cobalt Construction Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for subcontractor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
