Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Sparrow Facilities and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in work orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
