Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Cedar Arts Center and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Investigate trends in ticketing and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on exhibitions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
