Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Clearpath Amber Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Nashville producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in batch records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
