Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Cedar River Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Nashville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in enrolment and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
