Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Rook Community Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on client intake. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
