Data Analyst - customer trends (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Nashville. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 215 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Investigate trends in vendor invoices and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent collection. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
