Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Silverline Willow Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in safety records and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on project schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
