Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Ashton Inspection Services Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
