Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

Rivermark Field Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Minneapolis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in lease compliance and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
