Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

Bright Kestrel Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
