Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Northwind Corner Construction and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on project schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Minneapolis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
