Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

Highbridge Harbor Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in Minneapolis with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on recycling loads. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
