Data Analyst - customer trends (Minneapolis, MN)

Summit Rowan Foods Group makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people based in Minneapolis. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on production batches. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
