Silverline Iron Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on lease compliance. • Python or R for analysis.
