Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Keystone Environmental Services Group serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Investigate trends in fleet maintenance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
