Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meadow Housing Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 914 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in maintenance stores and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on repair requests. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
