Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Hospitality Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on food costs. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
