Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Granite Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 102 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in repair requests and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
