Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Stone Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Milwaukee, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. We reward reliability. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in proof of delivery and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
