Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Amberfield Sable Housing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on resident services. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
