Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Lumen Willow Staffing places workers with employers around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
