Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Maple Manufacturing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 124 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on machine downtime. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
