Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Ironwood Cross Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 63 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Milwaukee. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
