Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Rowan Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 687 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in supplier orders and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis.
