Data Analyst - customer trends (Milwaukee, WI)

Stonegate Mill Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on meter readings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
