Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Clearpath Iron Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
