Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Cobalt Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Miami. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on warranty claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
