Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Bright Umber Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in recycling loads and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
