Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Vista Early Learning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on meal programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
