Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Bluepeak Cedar Health is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 194 people based in Miami. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on patient scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
