Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Ironwood Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
