Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Silverline Vista Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in volunteer shifts and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client intake. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
