Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Northwind Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in visitor services and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on exhibitions. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
