Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Cobalt Early Learning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate trends in classroom supplies and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
