Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Orchard Freight and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. We reward reliability. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on dock schedules. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
