Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Miami. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on customer trends. You would join a large organisation of about 685 people based in Miami. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in premium billing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on underwriting files. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
