Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

Fernwood Basin Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in trust accounts and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
