Data Analyst - customer trends (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Cobalt Auto Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Investigate trends in warranty claims and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on supplier deliveries. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
