Data Analyst - customer trends (Memphis, TN)

Nova Loom Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for clinical studies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Memphis. What you will do • Investigate trends in clinical studies and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on quality documentation. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
