Data Analyst - customer trends (Memphis, TN)

Lumen Vale Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for volunteer shifts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
