Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

Rivermark Kestrel Pharma is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 723 people based in Madison. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in cleanroom operations and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory filings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
