Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

Greenridge Loom Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in Madison, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Madison. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in release testing and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on regulatory filings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
