Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

Bright Beacon Staffing Partners places workers with employers around Madison, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our customer trends. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in onboarding and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on timekeeping. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
