Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ember Staffing and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Investigate trends in candidate screening and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on client orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
