Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

Amberfield Basin Farms Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on customer trends for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate trends in seasonal crews and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on grower contracts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
