Data Analyst - customer trends (Madison, WI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Juniper Foods Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be customer trends. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate trends in allergen controls and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
